8:14 and he appointed according to the judgment of David his father [direct object marker] the divisions of the priests over their service and the Levites over their watches to praise and to serve opposite the priests according to the word of day in its day and the gatekeepers by their divisions for gate and gate for thus the commandment of David man of God
