Ezekiel 8

In a vision, YHWH transports Ezekiel to Jerusalem's temple, revealing the **image of jealousy** at the north gate that provokes divine anger, followed by greater abominations including elders worshiping idols, creeping things, and beasts in a secret chamber while claiming 'YHWH does not see us.'
