Ezra 1

Kōresh (Cyrus) king of Persia, stirred by YHWH to fulfill Yirmeyahu's prophecy, issues a decree allowing Yehudim to return to Yerushalayim and rebuild the Beit Hamikdash, returning the sacred vessels taken by Nəvūkadnetstsar.[1][2][4]

And in the year first of Cyrus king of Persia to fulfill the word of YHWH by the mouth of Jeremiah stirred up YHWH the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia and he made pass a voice throughout all his kingdom and also in writing saying
And whoever remains of all places where he sojourns there let them support him the men of his place with silver and with gold and with goods and with livestock besides the freewill offering for the house of God which is in Jerusalem
