The Real Story of Israelites in Africa Revealed
How did Israelites get into Africa? This is the real story of Israelites in Africa. The tribes of Israel are in Africa—this is biblical, historical, and provable in multiple ways. YHWH, the God of heaven and earth, calls some Africans Hebrews, Israelites, and Judah. All 12 tribes of Israel are represented among the peoples and tribes of Africa, and we'll see who they are.
Israelites: YHWH's Chosen People
Israelites are God's chosen people, descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, through whom Yeshua, Jesus the Messiah, would come to bring salvation to all mankind. From Deuteronomy 7 (ESV):
"For you are a people holy to YHWH your God. YHWH your God has chosen you to be a people for His treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth." (Deuteronomy 7:6)
It wasn't because they were the most numerous—YHWH chose them out of love, keeping His oath to the fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He brought them out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
"Know therefore that YHWH your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love Him and keep His commandments... to a thousand generations." (Deuteronomy 7:9)
Love for YHWH is shown by keeping His commandments: "If you love Me, keep My commandments." We must be careful to do the commandments, statutes, and rules He commands today.
Disobedience Leads to Curses and Exile
The Israelites did not keep YHWH's commandments. They broke them until He removed them from His land. That's why Israelites are in Africa today—because they did not obey.

YHWH removed them not because the commandments were hard, but because of wickedness and sin. The majority stopped following YHWH. From Deuteronomy 28:
"But if you will not obey the voice of YHWH your God or be careful to do all His commandments and His statutes that I command you today, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you." (Deuteronomy 28:15)
Being outside the Promised Land is one of the curses. Jump to verse 63:
"And as YHWH took delight in doing you good and multiplying you, so YHWH will take delight in bringing ruin upon you and destroying you. And you shall be plucked off the land that you are entering to take possession of it." (Deuteronomy 28:63)
Verse 64:
"And YHWH will scatter you among all peoples, from one end of the earth to the other, and there you shall serve other gods of wood and stone, which neither you nor your fathers have known." (Deuteronomy 28:64)
Israelites were plucked off the land and scattered among all peoples—including Africa and beyond.
The Temple: Proof Israelites Are Not in the Land
The destruction of the temple (tabernacle to Solomon's Temple) means the removal of Israelites. When Israelites are gone, the temple is gone. When they return, the temple returns.
Jews are not Israelites—they've been in the land over 70 years since 1948 but have not built the temple. YHWH won't let Gentiles or Jews build it. True Israelites aren't back yet.
From 1 Kings 9 (YHWH to Solomon):
"But if you turn aside from following Me, you or your children, and do not keep My commandments and My statutes... then I will cut off Israel from the land that I have given them. And the house that I have consecrated for My name I will cast out of My sight." (1 Kings 9:6-7)
Israel becomes a "proverb and byword among all peoples." This happened: Babylonians destroyed the temple and exiled Israelites. A remnant returned and rebuilt, but in AD 70, Romans destroyed it again and scattered them—leading to Africa.
2 Kings 23 (on Judah's sins under Manasseh):
"Still YHWH did not turn from the burning of His great wrath... 'I will remove Judah also out of My sight, as I have removed Israel, and I will cast off this city that I have chosen, Jerusalem, and the house of which I said, "My name shall be there."'" (2 Kings 23:27)
When people go, temple goes.
Yeshua's Prophecy of Destruction
In Luke 19, Yeshua weeps over Jerusalem:
"Would that you, even you, had known on this day the things that make for peace! ... For the days will come upon you when your enemies will... tear you down to the ground, you and your children within you. And they will not leave one stone upon another in you, because you did not know the time of your visitation." (Luke 19:42-44)
This foretold the Romans leaving not one stone upon another—the temple. Jerusalem walls remained, but the temple was destroyed, confirming the scattering.
