2 John

Walk in truth and love, beware deceivers

New Testament · 1 chapters

Chapter 1
The elder John greets the elect lady and her children in truth and love, rejoicing in their obedience and urging them to walk in love as defined by God's commandments from the beginning[1][2][3]. He warns against deceivers who deny that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, instructing not to receive or welcome such antichrists into the home lest one share in their evil works, and expresses hope for a face-to-face visit[1][2][3][4].
