are at peace they are at ease tents dwelling-tents of robbers to the devastators and securities and places of security to provokers to the ones causing trembling God toward to those who to which, to whom, to what he brought he caused to come God Mighty One in his hand in his hand

with the aged with aged men is wisdom wisdom and length and length of days warm-days is understanding discernment

Verse 13 עִ֭מּ/וֹ 𐤏𐤌/𐤅 imo with-him in company with him HR/Sp3ms חָכְמָ֣ה 𐤇𐤊𐤌𐤄 chakhemah wisdom wisdom HNcfsa וּ/גְבוּרָ֑ה 𐤅/𐤂𐤁𐤅𐤓𐤄 ugevurah and-strength and prevailing-might HC/Ncfsa ל֝֗/וֹ 𐤋/𐤅 lo to-him HR/Sp3ms עֵצָ֥ה 𐤏𐤑𐤄 etsah counsel counsel HNcfsa וּ/תְבוּנָֽה 𐤅/𐤕𐤁𐤅𐤍𐤄 utevunah and-understanding and discernment HC/Ncfsa

Behold Look! he tears down he pulls down and not and not it is rebuilt he will be built up he shuts up he shuts in against upon (up-over) a man individual man and not and not it is opened he/it will be opened wide

removing one causing to turn aside lip a boundary-lip from-the-trusted to faithful-ones and-taste and taste-of of-elders aged men he-takes he takes

Verse 21 שׁוֹפֵ֣ךְ 𐤔𐤅𐤐𐤊 shofekhe He pours out one who pours out HVqrmsa בּ֭וּז 𐤁𐤅𐤆 buz contempt contempt HNcmsa עַל 𐤏𐤋 al on upon (up-over) HR נְדִיבִ֑ים 𐤍𐤃𐤉𐤁𐤉𐤌 nedivim nobles willing-hearted nobles HAampa וּ/מְזִ֖יחַ 𐤅/𐤌𐤆𐤉𐤇 umezicha and loosens and movable-girdle-of HC/Ncmsc אֲפִיקִ֣ים 𐤀𐤐𐤉𐤒𐤉𐤌 afiqim belts stream-channels HNcmpa רִפָּֽה 𐤓𐤐𐤄 ripah he weakens he has slackened HVpp3ms

He reveals one who uncovers deep things deep places from from me darkness darkness and brings out and he caused to go out to light to the light shadow of death death-shadow

makes great the one causing to grow great the nations to the massed nations and destroys them and he caused them to perish enlarges he who spreads out the nations to the massed nations and leads them away and he guided them

He removes one causing to turn aside heart heart of chiefs of heads of the people a kin-group of the earth the firm-standing land and makes them wander and he caused them to wander astray in a wasteland in wasteness no not way trodden way
