And it came to pass when they heard all the kings who beyond the Jordan in the hill country and in the lowland and in all coast of the sea the Great toward opposite Lebanon the Hittite and the Amorite the Canaanite the Perizzite the Hivite and the Jebusite

and-sandals worn-out and-patched on-feet-their and-garments worn-out upon-them and-all bread provision-their was-dry was moldy

And they went to Joshua to the camp at Gilgal and said to him and to men of Israel from land far we have come now therefore make with us covenant

and they said and he said men of Israel to the Hivites perhaps among us you dwell and how shall I cut shall I cut with you a covenant

And they said to Joshua your servants we And he said to them Joshua Who are you and from where do you come

And they said to him from land far very have come your servants because of the name of YHWH your God for we have heard his fame and all that he did in Egypt

and they said to us our elders and all inhabitants of our land saying Take in your hand provisions for the journey and go to meet them and say to them your servants we and now make with us a covenant

This our bread warm we took...for provisions it out of our houses on the day we left to go to you but now behold it is dry and has become moldy

And these wineskins of the wine which we filled new and behold they have burst And these our garments and our sandals are worn out because of the journey very

13 וְ/אֵ֨לֶּה 𐤅/𐤀𐤋𐤄 veeleh And these HC/Pdxcp נֹאד֤וֹת 𐤍𐤀𐤃𐤅𐤕 nodot wineskins HNcmpc הַ/יַּ֨יִן֙ 𐤄/𐤉𐤉𐤍 hayayin of the wine HTd/Ncmsa אֲשֶׁ֣ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr מִלֵּ֣אנוּ 𐤌𐤋𐤀𐤍𐤅 milenu we filled HVpp1cp חֲדָשִׁ֔ים 𐤇𐤃𐤔𐤉𐤌 chadashim new HAampa וְ/הִנֵּ֖ה 𐤅/𐤄𐤍𐤄 vehineh and behold HC/Tm הִתְבַּקָּ֑עוּ 𐤄𐤕𐤁𐤒𐤏𐤅 hitebaqau they have burst HVtp3cp וְ/אֵ֤לֶּה 𐤅/𐤀𐤋𐤄 veeleh-2 And these HC/Pdxcp שַׂלְמוֹתֵ֨י/נוּ֙ 𐤔𐤋𐤌𐤅𐤕𐤉/𐤍𐤅 salemoteynu our garments HNcfpc/Sp1cp וּ/נְעָלֵ֔י/נוּ 𐤅/𐤍𐤏𐤋𐤉/𐤍𐤅 unealeynu and our sandals HC/Ncfpc/Sp1cp בָּל֕וּ 𐤁𐤋𐤅 balu are worn out HVqp3cp מֵ/רֹ֥ב 𐤌/𐤓𐤁 merov because of HR/Ncbsc הַ/דֶּ֖רֶךְ 𐤄/𐤃𐤓𐤊 haderekhe the journey HTd/Ncbsa מְאֹֽד 𐤌𐤀𐤃 meod very HD

and took the men from their provisions and counsel YHWH not asked
