And Moses said Moses to the sons of Israel according to all that YHWH commanded YHWH [direct object marker] Moses

1 וַ/יֹּ֥אמֶר 𐤅/𐤉𐤀𐤌𐤓 vayomer And Moses said HC/Vqw3ms מֹשֶׁ֖ה 𐤌𐤔𐤄 mosheh Moses HNp אֶל 𐤀𐤋 el to HR בְּנֵ֣י 𐤁𐤍𐤉 beney Bene (Bemba) the sons of HNcmpc יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל 𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤀𐤋 yiserael Israel HNp כְּ/כֹ֛ל 𐤊/𐤊𐤋 kekhol according to all HR/Ncmsa אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher that HTr צִוָּ֥ה 𐤑𐤅𐤄 tsivah YHWH commanded HVpp3ms יְהוָ֖ה 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 yehvah Nyambe (Lozi) YHWH HNp אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et [direct object marker] HTo מֹשֶֽׁה 𐤌𐤔𐤄 mosheh-2 Moses HNp

And spoke Moses to the heads of the tribes of the sons of Israel saying This is the word that commanded YHWH

2 וַ/יְדַבֵּ֤ר 𐤅/𐤉𐤃𐤁𐤓 vayedaber And spoke HC/Vpw3ms מֹשֶׁה֙ 𐤌𐤔𐤄 mosheh Moses HNp אֶל 𐤀𐤋 el to HR רָאשֵׁ֣י 𐤓𐤀𐤔𐤉 rashey the heads of HNcmpc הַ/מַּטּ֔וֹת 𐤄/𐤌𐤈𐤅𐤕 hamatot the tribes HTd/Ncmpa לִ/בְנֵ֥י 𐤋/𐤁𐤍𐤉 liveney Bene (Bemba) of the sons of HR/Ncmpc יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל 𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤀𐤋 yiserael Israel HNp לֵ/אמֹ֑ר 𐤋/𐤀𐤌𐤓 lemor saying HR/Vqc זֶ֣ה 𐤆𐤄 zeh This HPdxms הַ/דָּבָ֔ר 𐤄/𐤃𐤁𐤓 hadavar is the word HTd/Ncmsa אֲשֶׁ֖ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher that HTr צִוָּ֥ה 𐤑𐤅𐤄 tsivah commanded HVpp3ms יְהוָֽה 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 yehvah Nyambe (Lozi) YHWH HNp

a man if makes a vow vow to YHWH or swears an oath to bind obligation on his soul not he shall break his word according to all that proceeds from his mouth he shall do

3 אִישׁ֩ 𐤀𐤉𐤔 ish a man HNcmsa כִּֽי 𐤊𐤉 ki if HC יִדֹּ֨ר 𐤉𐤃𐤓 yidor makes a vow HVqi3ms נֶ֜דֶר 𐤍𐤃𐤓 neder vow HNcmsa לַֽ/יהוָ֗ה 𐤋/𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 layhvah Nyambe (Lozi) to YHWH HR/Np אֽוֹ 𐤀𐤅 o or HC הִשָּׁ֤בַע 𐤄𐤔𐤁𐤏 hishava swears HVNa שְׁבֻעָה֙ 𐤔𐤁𐤏𐤄 shevuah an oath HNcfsa לֶ/אְסֹ֤ר 𐤋/𐤀𐤎𐤓 leesor to bind HR/Vqc אִסָּר֙ 𐤀𐤎𐤓 isar obligation HNcmsa עַל 𐤏𐤋 al on HR נַפְשׁ֔/וֹ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤅 nafesho his soul HNcbsc/Sp3ms לֹ֥א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn יַחֵ֖ל 𐤉𐤇𐤋 yachel he shall break HVhi3ms דְּבָר֑/וֹ 𐤃𐤁𐤓/𐤅 devaro his word HNcmsc/Sp3ms כְּ/כָל 𐤊/𐤊𐤋 kekhal according to all HR/Ncmsc הַ/יֹּצֵ֥א 𐤄/𐤉𐤑𐤀 hayotse that proceeds HTd/Vqrmsa מִ/פִּ֖י/ו 𐤌/𐤐𐤉/𐤅 mipiv from his mouth HR/Ncmsc/Sp3ms יַעֲשֶֽׂה 𐤉𐤏𐤔𐤄 yaaseh he shall do HVqi3ms

and (if) a woman if she vows a vow to YHWH and she binds a binding in (the) house of her father in her youth

4 וְ/אִשָּׁ֕ה 𐤅/𐤀𐤔𐤄 veishah and (if) a woman HC/Ncfsa כִּֽי 𐤊𐤉 ki if HC תִדֹּ֥ר 𐤕𐤃𐤓 tidor she vows HVqi3fs נֶ֖דֶר 𐤍𐤃𐤓 neder a vow HNcmsa לַ/יהוָ֑ה 𐤋/𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 layhvah Nyambe (Lozi) to YHWH HR/Np וְ/אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤅/𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 veaserah and she binds HC/Vqq3fs אִסָּ֛ר 𐤀𐤎𐤓 isar a binding HNcmsa בְּ/בֵ֥ית 𐤁/𐤁𐤉𐤕 beveyt in (the) house HR/Ncmsc אָבִ֖י/הָ 𐤀𐤁𐤉/𐤄 aviha of her father HNcmsc/Sp3fs בִּ/נְעֻרֶֽי/הָ 𐤁/𐤍𐤏𐤓𐤉/𐤄 bineureyha in her youth HR/Ncbpc/Sp3fs

hears her father of her vow or her obligation which she bound on herself and he is silent to her her father then they shall stand all her vows and all obligations that she has bound on herself shall stand

5 וְ/שָׁמַ֨ע 𐤅/𐤔𐤌𐤏 veshama hears HC/Vqq3ms אָבִ֜י/הָ 𐤀𐤁𐤉/𐤄 aviha her father HNcmsc/Sp3fs אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et of HTo נִדְרָ֗/הּ 𐤍𐤃𐤓/𐤄 niderah her vow HNcmsc/Sp3fs וֶֽ/אֱסָרָ/הּ֙ 𐤅/𐤀𐤎𐤓/𐤄 veesarah or her obligation HC/Ncmsc/Sp3fs אֲשֶׁ֣ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr אָֽסְרָ֣ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al on HR נַפְשָׁ֔/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah herself HNcbsc/Sp3fs וְ/הֶחֱרִ֥ישׁ 𐤅/𐤄𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤔 vehecherish and he is silent HC/Vhq3ms לָ֖/הּ 𐤋/𐤄 lah to her HR/Sp3fs אָבִ֑י/הָ 𐤀𐤁𐤉/𐤄 aviha-2 her father HNcmsc/Sp3fs וְ/קָ֨מוּ֙ 𐤅/𐤒𐤌𐤅 veqamu then they shall stand HC/Vqq3cp כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal all HNcmsc נְדָרֶ֔י/הָ 𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤉/𐤄 nedareyha her vows HNcmpc/Sp3fs וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and all HC/Ncmsc אִסָּ֛ר 𐤀𐤎𐤓 isar obligations HNcmsa אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher-2 that HTr אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah-2 she has bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al-2 on HR נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah-2 herself HNcbsc/Sp3fs יָקֽוּם 𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌 yaqum shall stand HVqi3ms

and-if he-nullifies her-father her on-day his-hearing all her-vows and-her-binding-obligations which she-has-bound upon her-soul not stand and-YHWH will-forgive to-her because nullifies her-father her

6 וְ/אִם 𐤅/𐤀𐤌 veim and-if HC/C הֵנִ֨יא 𐤄𐤍𐤉𐤀 heni he-nullifies HVhp3ms אָבִ֣י/הָ 𐤀𐤁𐤉/𐤄 aviha her-father HNcmsc/Sp3fs אֹתָ/הּ֮ 𐤀𐤕/𐤄 otah her HTo/Sp3fs בְּ/י֣וֹם 𐤁/𐤉𐤅𐤌 beyom on-day HR/Ncmsc שָׁמְע/וֹ֒ 𐤔𐤌𐤏/𐤅 shameo his-hearing HVqc/Sp3ms כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal all HNcmsc נְדָרֶ֗י/הָ 𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤉/𐤄 nedareyha her-vows HNcmpc/Sp3fs וֶֽ/אֱסָרֶ֛י/הָ 𐤅/𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤉/𐤄 veesareyha and-her-binding-obligations HC/Ncmpc/Sp3fs אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she-has-bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her-soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn יָק֑וּם 𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌 yaqum stand HVqi3ms וַֽ/יהוָה֙ 𐤅/𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 vayhvah Nyambe (Lozi) and-YHWH HC/Np יִֽסְלַח 𐤉𐤎𐤋𐤇 yiselach will-forgive HVqi3ms לָ֔/הּ 𐤋/𐤄 lah to-her HR/Sp3fs כִּי 𐤊𐤉 ki because HC הֵנִ֥יא 𐤄𐤍𐤉𐤀 heni-2 nullifies HVhp3ms אָבִ֖י/הָ 𐤀𐤁𐤉/𐤄 aviha-2 her-father HNcmsc/Sp3fs אֹתָֽ/הּ 𐤀𐤕/𐤄 otah-2 her HTo/Sp3fs

and if she have been she becomes to a husband and her vows upon her or utterance of her lips which she has bound upon her soul

7 וְ/אִם 𐤅/𐤀𐤌 veim and if HC/C הָי֤וֹ 𐤄𐤉𐤅 hayo she have been HVqa תִֽהְיֶה֙ 𐤕𐤄𐤉𐤄 tiheyeh she becomes HVqi3fs לְ/אִ֔ישׁ 𐤋/𐤀𐤉𐤔 leish to a husband HR/Ncmsa וּ/נְדָרֶ֖י/הָ 𐤅/𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤉/𐤄 unedareyha and her vows HC/Ncmpc/Sp3fs עָלֶ֑י/הָ 𐤏𐤋𐤉/𐤄 aleyha upon her HR/Sp3fs א֚וֹ 𐤀𐤅 o or HC מִבְטָ֣א 𐤌𐤁𐤈𐤀 miveta utterance HNcmsc שְׂפָתֶ֔י/הָ 𐤔𐤐𐤕𐤉/𐤄 sefateyha of her lips HNcfdc/Sp3fs אֲשֶׁ֥ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr אָסְרָ֖ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she has bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR נַפְשָֽׁ/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs

and he hears her husband on day of his hearing and he is silent to her then they stand her vows and her pledges which she bound upon her soul they shall stand

8 וְ/שָׁמַ֥ע 𐤅/𐤔𐤌𐤏 veshama and he hears HC/Vqq3ms אִישָׁ֛/הּ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah her husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs בְּ/י֥וֹם 𐤁/𐤉𐤅𐤌 beyom on day HR/Ncmsc שָׁמְע֖/וֹ 𐤔𐤌𐤏/𐤅 shameo of his hearing HVqc/Sp3ms וְ/הֶחֱרִ֣ישׁ 𐤅/𐤄𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤔 vehecherish and he is silent HC/Vhq3ms לָ֑/הּ 𐤋/𐤄 lah to her HR/Sp3fs וְ/קָ֣מוּ 𐤅/𐤒𐤌𐤅 veqamu then they stand HC/Vqq3cp נְדָרֶ֗י/הָ 𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤉/𐤄 nedareyha her vows HNcmpc/Sp3fs וֶֽ/אֱסָרֶ֛/הָ 𐤅/𐤀𐤎𐤓/𐤄 veesareha and her pledges HC/Ncmpc/Sp3fs אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs יָקֻֽמוּ 𐤉𐤒𐤌𐤅 yaqumu they shall stand HVqi3mp

but if on the day he hears her husband he forbids her and he annuls obj her vow which upon her and obj utterance of her lips which she bound upon herself and YHWH will forgive her

9 וְ֠/אִם 𐤅/𐤀𐤌 veim but if HC/C בְּ/י֨וֹם 𐤁/𐤉𐤅𐤌 beyom on the day HR/Ncmsc שְׁמֹ֣עַ 𐤔𐤌𐤏 shemoa he hears HVqc אִישָׁ/הּ֮ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah her husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs יָנִ֣יא 𐤉𐤍𐤉𐤀 yani he forbids HVhi3ms אוֹתָ/הּ֒ 𐤀𐤅𐤕/𐤄 otah her HTo/Sp3fs וְ/הֵפֵ֗ר 𐤅/𐤄𐤐𐤓 vehefer and he annuls HC/Vhq3ms אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et obj HTo נִדְרָ/הּ֙ 𐤍𐤃𐤓/𐤄 niderah her vow HNcmsc/Sp3fs אֲשֶׁ֣ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr עָלֶ֔י/הָ 𐤏𐤋𐤉/𐤄 aleyha upon her HR/Sp3fs וְ/אֵת֙ 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet and obj HC/To מִבְטָ֣א 𐤌𐤁𐤈𐤀 miveta utterance HNcmsc שְׂפָתֶ֔י/הָ 𐤔𐤐𐤕𐤉/𐤄 sefateyha of her lips HNcfdc/Sp3fs אֲשֶׁ֥ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher-2 which HTr אָסְרָ֖ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR נַפְשָׁ֑/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah herself HNcbsc/Sp3fs וַ/יהוָ֖ה 𐤅/𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 vayhvah Nyambe (Lozi) and YHWH HC/Np יִֽסְלַֽח 𐤉𐤎𐤋𐤇 yiselach will forgive HVqi3ms לָֽ/הּ 𐤋/𐤄 lah her HR/Sp3fs

and-vow widow or-divorced-woman all which she-bound on her-soul shall-stand against-her

10 וְ/נֵ֥דֶר 𐤅/𐤍𐤃𐤓 veneder and-vow HC/Ncmsc אַלְמָנָ֖ה 𐤀𐤋𐤌𐤍𐤄 alemanah widow HNcfsa וּ/גְרוּשָׁ֑ה 𐤅/𐤂𐤓𐤅𐤔𐤄 ugerushah or-divorced-woman HC/Vqsfsa כֹּ֛ל 𐤊𐤋 kol all HNcmsa אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she-bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al on HR נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her-soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs יָק֥וּם 𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌 yaqum shall-stand HVqi3ms עָלֶֽי/הָ 𐤏𐤋𐤉/𐤄 aleyha against-her HR/Sp3fs

and if house her husband she vowed or she bound bond upon her soul with an oath

11 וְ/אִם 𐤅/𐤀𐤌 veim and if HC/C בֵּ֥ית 𐤁𐤉𐤕 beyt house HNcmsc אִישָׁ֖/הּ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah her husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs נָדָ֑רָה 𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤄 nadarah she vowed HVqp3fs אֽוֹ 𐤀𐤅 o or HC אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she bound HVqp3fs אִסָּ֛ר 𐤀𐤎𐤓 isar bond HNcmsa עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs בִּ/שְׁבֻעָֽה 𐤁/𐤔𐤁𐤏𐤄 bishevuah with an oath HR/Ncfsa

and-he-hears her-husband and-he-is-silent to-her not he-hinders her and-they-stand all her-vows and-all bond which she-has-bound upon her-soul it-stands

12 וְ/שָׁמַ֤ע 𐤅/𐤔𐤌𐤏 veshama and-he-hears HC/Vqq3ms אִישָׁ/הּ֙ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah her-husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs וְ/הֶחֱרִ֣שׁ 𐤅/𐤄𐤇𐤓𐤔 vehecherish and-he-is-silent HC/Vhq3ms לָ֔/הּ 𐤋/𐤄 lah to-her HR/Sp3fs לֹ֥א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn הֵנִ֖יא 𐤄𐤍𐤉𐤀 heni he-hinders HVhp3ms אֹתָ֑/הּ 𐤀𐤕/𐤄 otah her HTo/Sp3fs וְ/קָ֨מוּ֙ 𐤅/𐤒𐤌𐤅 veqamu and-they-stand HC/Vqq3cp כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal all HNcmsc נְדָרֶ֔י/הָ 𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤉/𐤄 nedareyha her-vows HNcmpc/Sp3fs וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and-all HC/Ncmsc אִסָּ֛ר 𐤀𐤎𐤓 isar bond HNcmsa אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr אָסְרָ֥ה 𐤀𐤎𐤓𐤄 aserah she-has-bound HVqp3fs עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her-soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs יָקֽוּם 𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌 yaqum it-stands HVqi3ms

and-if he-nullifies he-nullifies them her-husband in-day he-hears all outgoing of-her-lips to-her-vows and-to-binding her-soul not it-stands her-husband he-nullifies-them and-YHWH forgives to-her

13 וְ/אִם 𐤅/𐤀𐤌 veim and-if HC/C הָפֵר֩ 𐤄𐤐𐤓 hafer he-nullifies HVha יָפֵ֨ר 𐤉𐤐𐤓 yafer he-nullifies HVhi3ms אֹתָ֥/ם 𐤀𐤕/𐤌 otam them HTo/Sp3mp אִישָׁ/הּ֮ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah her-husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs בְּ/י֣וֹם 𐤁/𐤉𐤅𐤌 beyom in-day HR/Ncmsc שָׁמְע/וֹ֒ 𐤔𐤌𐤏/𐤅 shameo he-hears HVqc/Sp3ms כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal all HNcmsc מוֹצָ֨א 𐤌𐤅𐤑𐤀 motsa outgoing HNcmsc שְׂפָתֶ֧י/הָ 𐤔𐤐𐤕𐤉/𐤄 sefateyha of-her-lips HNcfdc/Sp3fs לִ/נְדָרֶ֛י/הָ 𐤋/𐤍𐤃𐤓𐤉/𐤄 linedareyha to-her-vows HR/Ncmpc/Sp3fs וּ/לְ/אִסַּ֥ר 𐤅/𐤋/𐤀𐤎𐤓 uleisar and-to-binding HC/R/Ncmsc נַפְשָׁ֖/הּ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤄 nafeshah her-soul HNcbsc/Sp3fs לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn יָק֑וּם 𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌 yaqum it-stands HVqi3ms אִישָׁ֣/הּ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah-2 her-husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs הֲפֵרָ֔/ם 𐤄𐤐𐤓/𐤌 haferam he-nullifies-them HVhp3ms/Sp3mp וַ/יהוָ֖ה 𐤅/𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 vayhvah Nyambe (Lozi) and-YHWH HC/Np יִֽסְלַֽח 𐤉𐤎𐤋𐤇 yiselach forgives HVqi3ms לָֽ/הּ 𐤋/𐤄 lah to-her HR/Sp3fs

every vow and every oath obligation to afflict soul her husband shall confirm it and her husband shall make it void

14 כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal every HNcmsc נֵ֛דֶר 𐤍𐤃𐤓 neder vow HNcmsa וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and every HC/Ncmsc שְׁבֻעַ֥ת 𐤔𐤁𐤏𐤕 shevuat oath HNcfsc אִסָּ֖ר 𐤀𐤎𐤓 isar obligation HNcmsa לְ/עַנֹּ֣ת 𐤋/𐤏𐤍𐤕 leanot to afflict HR/Vpc נָ֑פֶשׁ 𐤍𐤐𐤔 nafesh soul HNcbsa אִישָׁ֥/הּ 𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 ishah her husband HNcmsc/Sp3fs יְקִימֶ֖/נּוּ 𐤉𐤒𐤉𐤌/𐤍𐤅 yeqimenu shall confirm it HVhi3ms/Sp3ms וְ/אִישָׁ֥/הּ 𐤅/𐤀𐤉𐤔/𐤄 veishah and her husband HC/Ncmsc/Sp3fs יְפֵרֶֽ/נּוּ 𐤉𐤐𐤓/𐤍𐤅 yeferenu shall make it void HVhi3ms/Sp3ms

But if he surely keeps silent he keeps silent to her her husband from day to day then he establishes [direct object marker] all her vows or [direct object marker] all her bindings that are upon her he has established them because he kept silent to her on day he heard it
