and she conceived again and she bore a daughter and he said to him call her name not Ruhamah for not I will add anymore to have compassion on house of Israel that I will surely lift them

6 וַ/תַּ֤הַר 𐤅/𐤕𐤄𐤓 vatahar and she conceived HC/Vqw3fs עוֹד֙ 𐤏𐤅𐤃 od again HD וַ/תֵּ֣לֶד 𐤅/𐤕𐤋𐤃 vateled and she bore HC/Vqw3fs בַּ֔ת 𐤁𐤕 bat a daughter HNcfsa וַ/יֹּ֣אמֶר 𐤅/𐤉𐤀𐤌𐤓 vayomer and he said HC/Vqw3ms ל֔/וֹ 𐤋/𐤅 lo to him HR/Sp3ms קְרָ֥א 𐤒𐤓𐤀 qera call HVqv2ms שְׁמָ֖/הּ 𐤔𐤌/𐤄 shemah her name HNcmsc/Sp3fs לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo-2 not HTn רֻחָ֑מָה 𐤓𐤇𐤌𐤄 ruchamah Ruhamah HNp כִּי֩ 𐤊𐤉 ki for HC לֹ֨א 𐤋𐤀 lo-3 not HTn אוֹסִ֜יף 𐤀𐤅𐤎𐤉𐤐 osif I will add HVhi1cs ע֗וֹד 𐤏𐤅𐤃 od-2 anymore HD אֲרַחֵם֙ 𐤀𐤓𐤇𐤌 arachem to have compassion HVpi1cs אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et on HTo בֵּ֣ית 𐤁𐤉𐤕 beyt house HNcmsc יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל 𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤀𐤋 yiserael of Israel HNp כִּֽי 𐤊𐤉 ki-2 that HC נָשֹׂ֥א 𐤍𐤔𐤀 naso I will surely HVqa אֶשָּׂ֖א 𐤀𐤔𐤀 esa lift HVqi1cs לָ/הֶֽם 𐤋/𐤄𐤌 lahem them HR/Sp3mp

and-but house Judah I will have compassion and-I will save-them by-YHWH their God and-not I will save-them by-bow nor by-sword nor by-war nor by-horses nor by-horsemen

and she weaned [direct object marker] not Ruhamah and she conceived and she bore a son

8 וַ/תִּגְמֹ֖ל 𐤅/𐤕𐤂𐤌𐤋 vatigemol and she weaned HC/Vqw3fs אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et [direct object marker] HTo לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn רֻחָ֑מָה 𐤓𐤇𐤌𐤄 ruchamah Ruhamah HNp וַ/תַּ֖הַר 𐤅/𐤕𐤄𐤓 vatahar and she conceived HC/Vqw3fs וַ/תֵּ֥לֶד 𐤅/𐤕𐤋𐤃 vateled and she bore HC/Vqw3fs בֵּֽן 𐤁𐤍 ben Bene (Bemba) a son HNcmsa

And He said Call his name Not My people for you are not My people and I not will be to you
