Behold my servant whom I uphold in him my chosen delights my soul I have put my Spirit upon him justice to the nations he will bring forth

not he will cry out nor raise his voice nor make heard in the street his voice

2 לֹ֥א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn יִצְעַ֖ק 𐤉𐤑𐤏𐤒 yitseaq he will cry out HVqi3ms וְ/לֹ֣א 𐤅/𐤋𐤀 velo nor HC/Tn יִשָּׂ֑א 𐤉𐤔𐤀 yisa raise his voice HVqi3ms וְ/לֹֽא 𐤅/𐤋𐤀 velo-2 nor HC/Tn יַשְׁמִ֥יעַ 𐤉𐤔𐤌𐤉𐤏 yashemia make heard HVhi3ms בַּ/ח֖וּץ 𐤁/𐤇𐤅𐤑 bachuts in the street HRd/Ncmsa קוֹלֽ/וֹ 𐤒𐤅𐤋/𐤅 qolo his voice HNcmsc/Sp3ms

reed bruised not he-will-break and-flax smoking not he-will-quench-it to-truth he-will-bring-forth justice

3 קָנֶ֤ה 𐤒𐤍𐤄 qaneh reed HNcmsa רָצוּץ֙ 𐤓𐤑𐤅𐤑 ratsuts bruised HVqsmsa לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn יִשְׁבּ֔וֹר 𐤉𐤔𐤁𐤅𐤓 yishebor he-will-break HVqi3ms וּ/פִשְׁתָּ֥ה 𐤅/𐤐𐤔𐤕𐤄 ufishetah and-flax HC/Ncfsa כֵהָ֖ה 𐤊𐤄𐤄 khehah smoking HAafsa לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo-2 not HTn יְכַבֶּ֑/נָּה 𐤉𐤊𐤁/𐤍𐤄 yekhabenah he-will-quench-it HVpi3ms/Sp3fs לֶ/אֱמֶ֖ת 𐤋/𐤀𐤌𐤕 leemet to-truth HR/Ncfsa יוֹצִ֥יא 𐤉𐤅𐤑𐤉𐤀 yotsi he-will-bring-forth HVhi3ms מִשְׁפָּֽט 𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈 mishepat justice HNcmsa

not grow faint nor be discouraged until he has established in the earth justice for his law coastlands will wait

Thus says God YHWH who created the heavens and stretched them out who spread out the earth and its offspring who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it

I have been silent for a long time I have been still and restrained myself like a woman in labor I will groan I will gasp and pant together

I will lay waste mountains and hills and all their vegetation I will dry up and I will make rivers into islands and marshes I will dry up

15 אַחֲרִ֤יב 𐤀𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤁 achariv I will lay waste HVhi1cs הָרִים֙ 𐤄𐤓𐤉𐤌 harim mountains HNcmpa וּ/גְבָע֔וֹת 𐤅/𐤂𐤁𐤏𐤅𐤕 ugevaot and hills HC/Ncfpa וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and all HC/Ncmsc עֶשְׂבָּ֖/ם 𐤏𐤔𐤁/𐤌 esebam their vegetation HNcmsc/Sp3mp אוֹבִ֑ישׁ 𐤀𐤅𐤁𐤉𐤔 ovish I will dry up HVhi1cs וְ/שַׂמְתִּ֤י 𐤅/𐤔𐤌𐤕𐤉 vesameti and I will make HC/Vqq1cs נְהָרוֹת֙ 𐤍𐤄𐤓𐤅𐤕 neharot rivers HNcmpa לָֽ/אִיִּ֔ים 𐤋/𐤀𐤉𐤉𐤌 laiyim into islands HRd/Ncmpa וַ/אֲגַמִּ֖ים 𐤅/𐤀𐤂𐤌𐤉𐤌 vaagamim and marshes HC/Ncmpa אוֹבִֽישׁ 𐤀𐤅𐤁𐤉𐤔 ovish-2 I will dry up HVhi1cs

And I will lead the blind by a way not they knew in paths not they have known I will guide them I will make darkness before them into light and crooked places into plains These things I will do [for] them and not I will forsake them

16 וְ/הוֹלַכְתִּ֣י 𐤅/𐤄𐤅𐤋𐤊𐤕𐤉 veholakheti And I will lead HC/Vhq1cs עִוְרִ֗ים 𐤏𐤅𐤓𐤉𐤌 iverim the blind HAampa בְּ/דֶ֨רֶךְ֙ 𐤁/𐤃𐤓𐤊 bederekhe by a way HR/Ncbsa לֹ֣א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn יָדָ֔עוּ 𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤅 yadau they knew HVqp3cp בִּ/נְתִיב֥וֹת 𐤁/𐤍𐤕𐤉𐤁𐤅𐤕 binetivot in paths HR/Ncbpa לֹֽא 𐤋𐤀 lo-2 not HTn יָדְע֖וּ 𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤅 yadeu they have known HVqp3cp אַדְרִיכֵ֑/ם 𐤀𐤃𐤓𐤉𐤊/𐤌 aderikhem I will guide them HVhi1cs/Sp3mp אָשִׂים֩ 𐤀𐤔𐤉𐤌 asim I will make HVqi1cs מַחְשָׁ֨ךְ 𐤌𐤇𐤔𐤊 macheshakhe darkness HNcmsa לִ/פְנֵי/הֶ֜ם 𐤋/𐤐𐤍𐤉/𐤄𐤌 lifeneyhem before them HR/Ncbpc/Sp3mp לָ/א֗וֹר 𐤋/𐤀𐤅𐤓 laor into light HRd/Ncbsa וּ/מַֽעֲקַשִּׁים֙ 𐤅/𐤌𐤏𐤒𐤔𐤉𐤌 umaaqashim and crooked places HC/Ncmpa לְ/מִישׁ֔וֹר 𐤋/𐤌𐤉𐤔𐤅𐤓 lemishor into plains HR/Ncmsa אֵ֚לֶּה 𐤀𐤋𐤄 eleh These HPdxcp הַ/דְּבָרִ֔ים 𐤄/𐤃𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤌 hadevarim things HTd/Ncmpa עֲשִׂיתִ֖/ם 𐤏𐤔𐤉𐤕/𐤌 asitim I will do [for] them HVqp1cs/Sp3mp וְ/לֹ֥א 𐤅/𐤋𐤀 velo and not HC/Tn עֲזַבְתִּֽי/ם 𐤏𐤆𐤁𐤕𐤉/𐤌 azavetim I will forsake them HVqp1cs/Sp3mp

they-will-be-turned-back backward they-will-be-put-to-shame shame the-(ones)-trusting in-the-idol the-(ones)-saying to-a-molten-(image) you-(all) our-gods
