Titus 3

Paul instructs believers to submit to rulers, be peaceable, and devote themselves to good works, recalling their former sinful state and salvation by God's mercy through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. He urges avoiding foolish controversies, rejecting divisive people, and maintaining good works while awaiting plans for Titus to join him.[1][2][4]
