Zechariah 8

YHWH proclaims His zeal for Zion and return to Jerusalem, promising to restore prosperity, peace, and abundance to the remnant, transforming them from a curse to a blessing among the nations.[2][5][9] He urges truthful speech, just judgments, and rejection of evil, declaring that feasting shall replace fasting in the cities as signs of joy and divine favor.[2][5]

For before those days those wage for man not there was nor wage for beast there was none for the one going out or the one coming in no peace because of the enemy and I sent all men each against his neighbor

Thus says YHWH of Hosts in the days those that will seize ten men from all languages of the nations and they will seize in the corner of the garment a man of Judah saying Let us go with you for we have heard God is with you
