and-the-Philistines fought against-Israel and-fled man of-Israel from-before the-Philistines and-they-fell slain in-the-mountain Gilboa

1 וּ/פְלִשְׁתִּ֖ים 𐤅/𐤐𐤋𐤔𐤕𐤉𐤌 ufelishetim and-the-Philistines HC/Ngmpa נִלְחֲמ֣וּ 𐤍𐤋𐤇𐤌𐤅 nilechamu fought HVNp3cp בְ/יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל 𐤁/𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤀𐤋 veyiserael against-Israel HR/Np וַ/יָּ֑נָס 𐤅/𐤉𐤍𐤎 vayanas and-fled HC/Vqw3ms אִֽישׁ 𐤀𐤉𐤔 ish man HNcmsc יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ 𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤀𐤋 yiserael of-Israel HNp מִ/פְּנֵ֣י 𐤌/𐤐𐤍𐤉 mipeney from-before HR/Ncbpc פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים 𐤐𐤋𐤔𐤕𐤉𐤌 felishetim the-Philistines HNgmpa וַ/יִּפְּל֥וּ 𐤅/𐤉𐤐𐤋𐤅 vayipelu and-they-fell HC/Vqw3mp חֲלָלִ֖ים 𐤇𐤋𐤋𐤉𐤌 chalalim slain HAampa בְּ/הַ֥ר 𐤁/𐤄𐤓 behar in-the-mountain HR/Ncmsc גִּלְבֹּֽעַ 𐤂𐤋𐤁𐤏 gileboa Gilboa HNp

and they clung Philistines after Saul and after his sons and they struck Philistines [direct object marker] Jonathan and [direct object marker] Abinadab and [direct object marker] Malchi shua sons of Saul

And the battle became heavy the battle against Saul and the archers found/overtook him the archers with the bow and he trembled/writhed from the archers

and said Saul to armor-bearer his armor draw your sword and thrust me with it lest come the uncircumcised these and abuse me but not he would armor-bearer his armor for he feared greatly and took Saul the sword and fell upon it

and saw armor-bearer of his weapons that was dead Saul and fell also he upon the sword and died

5 וַ/יַּ֥רְא 𐤅/𐤉𐤓𐤀 vayare and saw HC/Vqw3ms נֹשֵֽׂא 𐤍𐤔𐤀 nose armor-bearer HVqrmsc כֵלָ֖י/ו 𐤊𐤋𐤉/𐤅 khelayv of his weapons HNcmpc/Sp3ms כִּ֣י 𐤊𐤉 ki that HC מֵ֣ת 𐤌𐤕 met was dead HVqp3ms שָׁא֑וּל 𐤔𐤀𐤅𐤋 shaul Saul HNp וַ/יִּפֹּ֥ל 𐤅/𐤉𐤐𐤋 vayipol and fell HC/Vqw3ms גַּם 𐤂𐤌 gam also HTa ה֛וּא 𐤄𐤅𐤀 hu he HPp3ms עַל 𐤏𐤋 al upon HR הַ/חֶ֖רֶב 𐤄/𐤇𐤓𐤁 hacherev the sword HTd/Ncfsa וַ/יָּמֹֽת 𐤅/𐤉𐤌𐤕 vayamot and died HC/Vqw3ms

and he died Saul and his three sons and all his house together they died

6 וַ/יָּ֤מָת 𐤅/𐤉𐤌𐤕 vayamat and he died HC/Vqw3ms שָׁאוּל֙ 𐤔𐤀𐤅𐤋 shaul Saul HNp וּ/שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת 𐤅/𐤔𐤋𐤔𐤕 usheloshet and his three HC/Acmsc בָּנָ֔י/ו 𐤁𐤍𐤉/𐤅 banayv Bene (Bemba) sons HNcmpc/Sp3ms וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and all HC/Ncmsc בֵּית֖/וֹ 𐤁𐤉𐤕/𐤅 beyto his house HNcmsc/Sp3ms יַחְדָּ֥ו 𐤉𐤇𐤃𐤅 yachedav together HD מֵֽתוּ 𐤌𐤕𐤅 metu they died HVqp3cp

and they saw all men Israel who were in the valley that they had fled and that they had died Saul and his sons they abandoned their cities and fled and came the Philistines and dwelt in them

and it was the next day and they came Philistines to strip the slain and they found [direct object marker] Saul and his sons fallen on Mount Gilboa

And they put his armor in the house of their gods and his head they fastened in the house of Dagon

10 וַ/יָּשִׂ֨ימוּ֙ 𐤅/𐤉𐤔𐤉𐤌𐤅 vayasimu And they put HC/Vqw3mp אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et his HTo כֵּלָ֔י/ו 𐤊𐤋𐤉/𐤅 kelayv armor HNcmpc/Sp3ms בֵּ֖ית 𐤁𐤉𐤕 beyt in the house HNcmsc אֱלֹהֵי/הֶ֑ם 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉/𐤄𐤌 eloheyhem Mulimu (Lozi) of their gods HNcmpc/Sp3mp וְ/אֶת 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet and HC/To גֻּלְגָּלְתּ֥/וֹ 𐤂𐤋𐤂𐤋𐤕/𐤅 gulegaleto his head HNcfsc/Sp3ms תָקְע֖וּ 𐤕𐤒𐤏𐤅 taqeu they fastened HVqp3cp בֵּ֥ית 𐤁𐤉𐤕 beyt-2 in the house HNcmsc דָּגֽוֹן 𐤃𐤂𐤅𐤍 dagon of Dagon HNp

and they heard all Jabesh Gilead what all that had done the Philistines to Saul

11 וַֽ/יִּשְׁמְע֔וּ 𐤅/𐤉𐤔𐤌𐤏𐤅 vayishemeu and they heard HC/Vqw3mp כֹּ֖ל 𐤊𐤋 kol all HNcmsc יָבֵ֣ישׁ 𐤉𐤁𐤉𐤔 yaveysh Jabesh HNp גִּלְעָ֑ד 𐤂𐤋𐤏𐤃 gilead Gilead HNp אֵ֛ת 𐤀𐤕 et what HTo כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal all HNcmsc אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher that HTr עָשׂ֥וּ 𐤏𐤔𐤅 asu had done HVqp3cp פְלִשְׁתִּ֖ים 𐤐𐤋𐤔𐤕𐤉𐤌 felishetim the Philistines HNgmpa לְ/שָׁאֽוּל 𐤋/𐤔𐤀𐤅𐤋 leshaul to Saul HR/Np

So died Saul for his transgression which he committed against YHWH against the word of YHWH which not he kept and also for asking a medium to inquire
