Isaiah 31

Isaiah warns Judah against trusting in Egypt and military alliances instead of YHWH, contrasting the flesh of Egyptian horses with God's spirit.[1][3] YHWH promises to defend Jerusalem like a fierce lion and hovering birds, and will destroy Assyria with a sword not made by human hands, while calling Judah to repent and return to God.[1][2][3]

Interlinear Text

Woe those who go down to Egypt for help on horses rely and trust in chariots because many and on horsemen because they are strong very but not look to Holy One of Israel and YHWH not seek
for thus says YHWH to me as growls the lion and the young lion over his prey which is called against it fullness of shepherds from their voice not he is terrified nor from their noise not he abases himself so will descend YHWH of hosts to fight upon Mount Zion and upon its hill
