And it was the day and they came sons of God to present themselves before YHWH and he came also the Satan among them to present himself before YHWH

And He said YHWH to the Satan have you set your heart upon my servant Job that there is not like him on the earth a man blameless and upright fearing God and turning away from evil and still he holds fast to his integrity you incited me against him to swallow him without cause

And he answered the Satan [direct object marker] YHWH and said Skin for skin and-all that to the man he will give for his life

However put forth now Your hand and touch to his bone and to his flesh if not to Your face he will bless You

5 אוּלָם֙ 𐤀𐤅𐤋𐤌 ulam However HD שְֽׁלַֽח 𐤔𐤋𐤇 shelach put forth HVqv2ms נָ֣א 𐤍𐤀 na now HTe יָֽדְ/ךָ֔ 𐤉𐤃/𐤊 yadekha Your hand HNcbsc/Sp2ms וְ/גַ֥ע 𐤅/𐤂𐤏 vega and touch HC/Vqv2ms אֶל 𐤀𐤋 el to HR עַצְמ֖/וֹ 𐤏𐤑𐤌/𐤅 atsemo his bone HNcfsc/Sp3ms וְ/אֶל 𐤅/𐤀𐤋 veel and to HC/R בְּשָׂר֑/וֹ 𐤁𐤔𐤓/𐤅 besaro his flesh HNcmsc/Sp3ms אִם 𐤀𐤌 im if HC לֹ֥א 𐤋𐤀 lo not HTn אֶל 𐤀𐤋 el-2 to HR פָּנֶ֖י/ךָ 𐤐𐤍𐤉/𐤊 paneykha Your face HNcbpc/Sp2ms יְבָרֲכֶֽ/ךָּ 𐤉𐤁𐤓𐤊/𐤊 yevarakhekha he will bless You HVpi3ms/Sp2ms

And He said YHWH to the Satan behold him in your hand only [direct object marker] his life spare

and went out the Satan from presence YHWH and struck [direct object marker] Job with a boil evil from the sole of his foot to and to his crown

And he took for himself a potsherd to scrape himself with it and he was sitting among the ashes

8 וַ/יִּֽקַּֽח 𐤅/𐤉𐤒𐤇 vayiqach And he took HC/Vqw3ms ל֣/וֹ 𐤋/𐤅 lo for himself HR/Sp3ms חֶ֔רֶשׂ 𐤇𐤓𐤔 cheres a potsherd HNcmsa לְ/הִתְגָּרֵ֖ד 𐤋/𐤄𐤕𐤂𐤓𐤃 lehitegared to scrape himself HR/Vtc בּ֑/וֹ 𐤁/𐤅 bo with it HR/Sp3ms וְ/ה֖וּא 𐤅/𐤄𐤅𐤀 vehu and he HC/Pp3ms יֹשֵׁ֥ב 𐤉𐤔𐤁 yoshev was sitting HVqrmsa בְּ/תוֹךְ 𐤁/𐤕𐤅𐤊 betokhe among HR/Ncmsc הָ/אֵֽפֶר 𐤄/𐤀𐤐𐤓 haefer the ashes HTd/Ncmsa

Then she said to him his wife still hold fast your integrity bless God and die

and they heard three friends Job's of all the evil this that had come upon him and they came each from his place Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite and they made an appointment together to come to mourn for him and to comfort him

and they sat with him on the ground seven days and seven nights and there was not speaking to him a word for they saw that was great the pain very
