Hear O heavens and give ear O earth for YHWH has spoken sons I have reared and brought up but they have rebelled against me

Ah! nation sinful people laden with iniquity offspring of evildoers children corrupters they have forsaken YHWH they have despised Holy One of Israel they have turned away backward

your country is desolate your cities are burned with fire your fields in your presence strangers devour it and it is desolation as overthrown by strangers

Learn to do good Seek justice Relieve the oppressed Judge the fatherless Plead for the widow
