in its streets they have girded sackcloth on rooftops of it and in its squares everyone wails going down in weeping

and cries out Heshbon and Elealeh as far as Jahaz is heard their voice therefore thus the armed men of Moab cry out his soul trembles to him

4 וַ/תִּזְעַ֤ק 𐤅/𐤕𐤆𐤏𐤒 vatizeaq and cries out HC/Vqw3fs חֶשְׁבּוֹן֙ 𐤇𐤔𐤁𐤅𐤍 cheshebon Heshbon HNp וְ/אֶלְעָלֵ֔ה 𐤅/𐤀𐤋𐤏𐤋𐤄 veelealeh and Elealeh HC/Np עַד 𐤏𐤃 ad as far as HR יַ֖הַץ 𐤉𐤄𐤑 yahats Jahaz HNp נִשְׁמַ֣ע 𐤍𐤔𐤌𐤏 nishema is heard HVNp3ms קוֹלָ֑/ם 𐤒𐤅𐤋/𐤌 qolam their voice HNcmsc/Sp3mp עַל 𐤏𐤋 al therefore HR כֵּ֗ן 𐤊𐤍 ken thus HTm חֲלֻצֵ֤י 𐤇𐤋𐤑𐤉 chalutsey the armed men of HVqsmpc מוֹאָב֙ 𐤌𐤅𐤀𐤁 moav Moab HNp יָרִ֔יעוּ 𐤉𐤓𐤉𐤏𐤅 yariu cry out HVhi3mp נַפְשׁ֖/וֹ 𐤍𐤐𐤔/𐤅 nafesho his soul HNcbsc/Sp3ms יָ֥רְעָה 𐤉𐤓𐤏𐤄 yareah trembles HVqp3fs לּֽ/וֹ 𐤋/𐤅 lo to him HR/Sp3ms

My heart for Moab cries out her fugitives as far as Zoar Eglath shelishiyah for ascent of Luhith with weeping they go up in it for way to Horonaim cry of destruction they raise

for waters of Nimrim desolate will be for is withered hay faileth grass green thing no there is

6 כִּֽי 𐤊𐤉 ki for HC מֵ֥י 𐤌𐤉 mey Amanzi (Zulu) waters of HNcmpc נִמְרִ֖ים 𐤍𐤌𐤓𐤉𐤌 nimerim Nimrim HNp מְשַׁמּ֣וֹת 𐤌𐤔𐤌𐤅𐤕 meshamot desolate HNcfpa יִֽהְי֑וּ 𐤉𐤄𐤉𐤅 yiheyu will be HVqi3mp כִּֽי 𐤊𐤉 ki-2 for HC יָבֵ֤שׁ 𐤉𐤁𐤔 yavesh is withered HVqp3ms חָצִיר֙ 𐤇𐤑𐤉𐤓 chatsir hay HNcmsa כָּ֣לָה 𐤊𐤋𐤄 kalah faileth HVqp3ms דֶ֔שֶׁא 𐤃𐤔𐤀 deshe grass HNcmsa יֶ֖רֶק 𐤉𐤓𐤒 yereq green thing HNcmsa לֹ֥א 𐤋𐤀 lo no HTn הָיָֽה 𐤄𐤉𐤄 hayah there is HVqp3ms

Therefore thus the abundance they have made and their store over the brook of the Arabim they carry it

for waters of Dimon are full blood for I will bring upon Dimon more upon the escaped of Moab a lion and upon the remnant of land
