Leviticus 6

YHWH provides detailed instructions to Moses for Aaron and his sons on the procedures for the burnt offering (עֹלָה), grain offering (מִנְחָה), sin offering (חַטָּאת), and reparation offering (אָשָׁם), including priestly duties like maintaining the altar fire continually and handling ashes in linen garments.[1][2][3]

and he shall put on the priest his tunic of linen and linen trousers linen he shall wear over his body and he shall take up [direct object marker] the ashes which has consumed the fire [direct object marker] the burnt offering on the altar and he shall put it beside the altar
and-the-fire on the-altar shall-be-kindled on-it not be-put-out and-he-shall-burn on-it the-priest wood in-the-morning in-the-morning and-he-shall-arrange on-it the-burnt-offering and-he-shall-burn-up on-it the-fat-pieces the-peace-offerings
