and did Asa the good and the right in the eyes of YHWH his God

1 וַ/יַּ֤עַשׂ 𐤅/𐤉𐤏𐤔 vayaas and did HC/Vqw3ms אָסָא֙ 𐤀𐤎𐤀 asa Asa HNp הַ/טּ֣וֹב 𐤄/𐤈𐤅𐤁 hatov the good HTd/Aamsa וְ/הַ/יָּשָׁ֔ר 𐤅/𐤄/𐤉𐤔𐤓 vehayashar and the right HC/Td/Aamsa בְּ/עֵינֵ֖י 𐤁/𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉 beeyney in the eyes of HR/Ncbdc יְהוָ֥ה 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 yehvah Nyambe (Lozi) YHWH HNp אֱלֹהָֽי/ו 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉/𐤅 elohayv Mulimu (Lozi) his God HNcmpc/Sp3ms

and he removed [-direct object marker-] the altars of the foreign [gods] and the high places and he broke down [-direct object marker-] the pillars and he cut down [-direct object marker-] the Asherim

2 וַ/יָּ֛סַר 𐤅/𐤉𐤎𐤓 vayasar and he removed HC/Vhw3ms אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et [-direct object marker-] HTo מִזְבְּח֥וֹת 𐤌𐤆𐤁𐤇𐤅𐤕 mizebechot the altars HNcmpc הַ/נֵּכָ֖ר 𐤄/𐤍𐤊𐤓 hanekhar of the foreign [gods] HTd/Ncmsa וְ/הַ/בָּמ֑וֹת 𐤅/𐤄/𐤁𐤌𐤅𐤕 vehabamot and the high places HC/Td/Ncfpa וַ/יְשַׁבֵּר֙ 𐤅/𐤉𐤔𐤁𐤓 vayeshaber and he broke down HC/Vpw3ms אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et-2 [-direct object marker-] HTo הַ/מַּצֵּב֔וֹת 𐤄/𐤌𐤑𐤁𐤅𐤕 hamatsevot the pillars HTd/Ncfpa וַ/יְגַדַּ֖ע 𐤅/𐤉𐤂𐤃𐤏 vayegada and he cut down HC/Vpw3ms אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et-3 [-direct object marker-] HTo הָ/אֲשֵׁרִֽים 𐤄/𐤀𐤔𐤓𐤉𐤌 haasherim the Asherim HTd/Np

and he said to Judah to seek direct-object marker YHWH God of their fathers and to do the law and the commandment

and he removed from all cities of Judah the high places and the sun-images and rested the kingdom before him

4 וַ/יָּ֨סַר֙ 𐤅/𐤉𐤎𐤓 vayasar and he removed HC/Vhw3ms מִ/כָּל 𐤌/𐤊𐤋 mikal from all HR/Ncmsc עָרֵ֣י 𐤏𐤓𐤉 arey cities of HNcfpc יְהוּדָ֔ה 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤃𐤄 yehudah Judah HNp אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et the HTo הַ/בָּמ֖וֹת 𐤄/𐤁𐤌𐤅𐤕 habamot high places HTd/Ncfpa וְ/אֶת 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet and the HC/To הַֽ/חַמָּנִ֑ים 𐤄/𐤇𐤌𐤍𐤉𐤌 hachamanim sun-images HTd/Ncmpa וַ/תִּשְׁקֹ֥ט 𐤅/𐤕𐤔𐤒𐤈 vatisheqot and rested HC/Vqw3fs הַ/מַּמְלָכָ֖ה 𐤄/𐤌𐤌𐤋𐤊𐤄 hamamelakhah the kingdom HTd/Ncfsa לְ/פָנָֽי/ו 𐤋/𐤐𐤍𐤉/𐤅 lefanayv before him HR/Ncbpc/Sp3ms

and he built cities fortified in Judah for was quiet the land and there was not with him war in the years these for had given rest YHWH to him

and it was to Asa army bearing shields and spears from Judah three hundred thousand and from Benjamin bearing shields and drawing bow two hundred and eighty thousand all these mighty men of valor valor

and he went out against them Zerah the Cushite with force a thousand thousands and chariots three hundred and he came to Mareshah

and went out Zerah against him and they arrayed battle in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah

9 וַ/יֵּצֵ֥א 𐤅/𐤉𐤑𐤀 vayetse and went out HC/Vqw3ms אָסָ֖א 𐤀𐤎𐤀 asa Zerah HNp לְ/פָנָ֑י/ו 𐤋/𐤐𐤍𐤉/𐤅 lefanayv against him HR/Ncbpc/Sp3ms וַ/יַּֽעַרְכוּ֙ 𐤅/𐤉𐤏𐤓𐤊𐤅 vayaarekhu and they arrayed HC/Vqw3mp מִלְחָמָ֔ה 𐤌𐤋𐤇𐤌𐤄 milechamah battle HNcfsa בְּ/גֵ֥יא 𐤁/𐤂𐤉𐤀 begey in the valley HR/Ncbsc צְפַ֖תָה 𐤑𐤐𐤕𐤄 tsefatah of Zephathah HNp לְ/מָרֵשָֽׁה 𐤋/𐤌𐤓𐤔𐤄 lemareshah at Mareshah HR/Np

and called Asa to YHWH his God and said YHWH there is not with you to help between many those without strength help us YHWH our God for on you we rely and in your name we have come against this multitude this YHWH our God you not prevail against you man

and pursued them Asa and the people that were with him to Gerar and fell from Cushites there was to them recovery for they were broken before YHWH and before his camp and they carried spoil much very

and they struck [direct object marker] all the cities around Gerar for was fear YHWH upon them and they plundered [direct object marker] all the cities for spoil much was in them
