these the words which spoke Moses to all Israel in the Transjordan the Jordan in the wilderness in the Arabah opposite Suph between Paran and between Tophel Laban Hazeroth and Di zahab

YHWH our God spoke to us at Horeb saying enough for you dwelling in the mountain this

How can I bear alone your trouble and your burden and your strife

Give for-yourselves men wise and-understanding and-known for-tribes-your and-I-will-make-them as-heads-your

13 הָב֣וּ 𐤄𐤁𐤅 havu Give HVqv2mp לָ֠/כֶם 𐤋/𐤊𐤌 lakhem for-yourselves HR/Sp2mp אֲנָשִׁ֨ים 𐤀𐤍𐤔𐤉𐤌 anashim men HNcmpa חֲכָמִ֧ים 𐤇𐤊𐤌𐤉𐤌 chakhamim wise HAampa וּ/נְבֹנִ֛ים 𐤅/𐤍𐤁𐤍𐤉𐤌 unevonim and-understanding HC/VNrmpa וִ/ידֻעִ֖ים 𐤅/𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤉𐤌 viduim and-known HC/Vqsmpa לְ/שִׁבְטֵי/כֶ֑ם 𐤋/𐤔𐤁𐤈𐤉/𐤊𐤌 leshiveteykhem for-tribes-your HR/Ncmpc/Sp2mp וַ/אֲשִׂימֵ֖/ם 𐤅/𐤀𐤔𐤉𐤌/𐤌 vaasimem and-I-will-make-them HC/Vqi1cs/Sp3mp בְּ/רָאשֵׁי/כֶֽם 𐤁/𐤓𐤀𐤔𐤉/𐤊𐤌 berasheykhem as-heads-your HR/Ncmpc/Sp2mp

and you answered me and said good the thing which you have spoken to do

14 וַֽ/תַּעֲנ֖וּ 𐤅/𐤕𐤏𐤍𐤅 vataanu and you answered HC/Vqw2mp אֹתִ֑/י 𐤀𐤕/𐤉 oti me HTo/Sp1cs וַ/תֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ 𐤅/𐤕𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤅 vatomeru and said HC/Vqw2mp טֽוֹב 𐤈𐤅𐤁 tov good HAamsa הַ/דָּבָ֥ר 𐤄/𐤃𐤁𐤓 hadavar the thing HTd/Ncmsa אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher which HTr דִּבַּ֖רְתָּ 𐤃𐤁𐤓𐤕 dibareta you have spoken HVpp2ms לַ/עֲשֽׂוֹת 𐤋/𐤏𐤔𐤅𐤕 laasot to do HR/Vqc

and-I-took [direct object marker] heads your-tribes men wise and-known and-I-gave them heads over-you leaders thousands and-leaders hundreds and-leaders fifties and-leaders tens and-officers for-your-tribes
