Leviticus 16

Leviticus 16 details the Yom Kippur rituals where the high priest, after atoning for himself with a bull, casts lots on two goats: one sacrificed to YHWH for the people's sins, its blood sprinkled in the Holy of Holies; the other, the scapegoat (la-azazel), receives confession of Israel's iniquities and is sent into the wilderness.[1][2][3]

and shall lay Aaron (direct object marker) both his hands hands on the head of the goat the live and confess over it (direct object marker) all iniquities of the sons of Israel and all their transgressions for all their sins and he shall put them on the head of the goat and shall send by the hand of a man who is in readiness into the wilderness

and he shall wash direct object marker his flesh/body in water in a place holy and he shall put on direct object marker his garments and he shall come out and he shall offer direct object marker his burnt offering and burnt offering of the people and he shall make atonement for him and for the people

and the bull of the sin offering and the goat of the sin offering whose was brought blood to make atonement in the holy place shall carry to outside the camp and they shall burn in the fire skins and flesh and dung
27 וְ/אֵת֩ 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet and the HC/To פַּ֨ר 𐤐𐤓 par bull HNcmsc הַֽ/חַטָּ֜את 𐤄/𐤇𐤈𐤀𐤕 hachatat of the sin offering HTd/Ncfsa וְ/אֵ֣ת 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet-2 and the HC/To שְׂעִ֣יר 𐤔𐤏𐤉𐤓 seir goat HNcmsc הַֽ/חַטָּ֗את 𐤄/𐤇𐤈𐤀𐤕 hachatat-2 of the sin offering HTd/Ncfsa אֲשֶׁ֨ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher whose HTr הוּבָ֤א 𐤄𐤅𐤁𐤀 huva was brought HVHp3ms אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et HTo דָּמָ/ם֙ 𐤃𐤌/𐤌 damam blood HNcmsc/Sp3mp לְ/כַפֵּ֣ר 𐤋/𐤊𐤐𐤓 lekhaper to make atonement HR/Vpc בַּ/קֹּ֔דֶשׁ 𐤁/𐤒𐤃𐤔 baqodesh in the holy place HRd/Ncmsa יוֹצִ֖יא 𐤉𐤅𐤑𐤉𐤀 yotsi shall carry HVhi3ms אֶל 𐤀𐤋 el to HR מִ/ח֣וּץ 𐤌/𐤇𐤅𐤑 michuts outside HR/Ncmsa לַֽ/מַּחֲנֶ֑ה 𐤋/𐤌𐤇𐤍𐤄 lamachaneh the camp HRd/Ncbsa וְ/שָׂרְפ֣וּ 𐤅/𐤔𐤓𐤐𐤅 vesarefu and they shall burn HC/Vqq3cp בָ/אֵ֔שׁ 𐤁/𐤀𐤔 vaesh in the fire HRd/Ncbsa אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et-2 HTo עֹרֹתָ֥/ם 𐤏𐤓𐤕/𐤌 orotam skins HNcmpc/Sp3mp וְ/אֶת 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet-3 and HC/To בְּשָׂרָ֖/ם 𐤁𐤔𐤓/𐤌 besaram flesh HNcmsc/Sp3mp וְ/אֶת 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet-4 and HC/To פִּרְשָֽׁ/ם 𐤐𐤓𐤔/𐤌 piresham dung HNcmsc/Sp3mp
And it shall be to you a statute forever in the month the seventh on the tenth of the month you shall afflict [direct object marker] yourselves and any work not you shall do the native or the stranger sojourning among you
