Now to Naomi there was a kinsman kinsman of her husband a man mighty of wealth from the family of Elimelech and his name Boaz

And behold Boaz came from Beth- lehem and he said to the reapers YHWH be with you and they said to him bless you YHWH

Then said Boaz to his servant who was set over the reapers to whom young woman this

And she said let me glean Please and gather among the sheaves after the reapers so she came and has remained from then the morning until now this her sitting in the house a little

Then said Boaz to Ruth Hearest thou not thou my daughter Go not to glean to glean in field another furthermore do not go on from this but stay with my maids

Then she said Let me find favor in your eyes my lord for you have comforted me and for that you have spoken to the heart your maidservant And I not am like one of your maidservants

And also pull out you shall pull for her from the bundles and leave and she may glean and do not rebuke her
