Daniel 6

Daniel is thrown into a lions' den after being trapped by jealous officials who manipulate King Darius into issuing a decree forbidding prayer to anyone but the king, but God sends an angel to shut the lions' mouths and Daniel emerges unharmed.[1][4] The king then reverses his decree, proclaims the supremacy of Daniel's God, and Daniel's accusers are thrown into the same den and destroyed, demonstrating God's faithfulness to those who maintain unwavering devotion despite persecution.[1][2]

And Daniel when he knew that had been signed the document upon to his house and windows open toward it in his upper chamber opposite Jerusalem and times three in a day he kneeled upon his knees and praying and confessing before his God as because that he was doing from before this

Then the king said and they brought Daniel and they cast into the den of lions answered the king and said to Daniel your God whom you you serve him continually he will deliver you

and-when-he-came-near-to-it to-the-den to-Daniel with-a-voice pained he-cried answered the-king and-said to-Daniel Daniel servant God-the living-the thy-God which thou thou hast-served him continually able to-deliver-thee from the-lions

and the king said king and they brought those men who had accused [him] [Daniel] his pieces of Daniel and into den of lions they cast them their sons and their wives and not they reached the bottom of the den until that overpowered them the lions even their bones were crushed
