and no could Joseph to restrain himself before all those who stood by him and he called out cause to go out every man from me and no stood man with him when Joseph made himself known Joseph to his brothers

said Joseph to his brothers I Joseph still my father alive but ... not could his brothers answer him for they were dismayed at his presence

And he said Joseph to his brothers Come near please to me And they came near And he said I Joseph your brother whom you sold me to Egypt

And now do not be grieved or be angry with yourselves because you sold me here for to preserve life sent me God before you

5 וְ/עַתָּ֣ה 𐤅/𐤏𐤕𐤄 veatah And now HC/D אַל 𐤀𐤋 al do not HTn תֵּעָ֣צְב֗וּ 𐤕𐤏𐤑𐤁𐤅 teatsevu be grieved HVNj2mp וְ/אַל 𐤅/𐤀𐤋 veal or HC/Tn יִ֨חַר֙ 𐤉𐤇𐤓 yichar be angry HVqj3ms בְּ/עֵ֣ינֵי/כֶ֔ם 𐤁/𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉/𐤊𐤌 beeyneykhem with yourselves HR/Ncbdc/Sp2mp כִּֽי 𐤊𐤉 ki because HC מְכַרְתֶּ֥ם 𐤌𐤊𐤓𐤕𐤌 mekharetem you sold HVqp2mp אֹתִ֖/י 𐤀𐤕/𐤉 oti me HTo/Sp1cs הֵ֑נָּה 𐤄𐤍𐤄 henah here HD כִּ֣י 𐤊𐤉 ki-2 for HC לְ/מִֽחְיָ֔ה 𐤋/𐤌𐤇𐤉𐤄 lemicheyah to preserve life HR/Ncfsa שְׁלָחַ֥/נִי 𐤔𐤋𐤇/𐤍𐤉 shelachani sent me HVqp3ms/Sp1cs אֱלֹהִ֖ים 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌 elohim Mulimu (Lozi) God HNcmpa לִ/פְנֵי/כֶֽם 𐤋/𐤐𐤍𐤉/𐤊𐤌 lifeneykhem before you HR/Ncbpc/Sp2mp

for these two years the famine in the midst of the land and still five years in which there will be no plowing nor harvesting

6 כִּי 𐤊𐤉 ki for HC זֶ֛ה 𐤆𐤄 zeh these HPdxms שְׁנָתַ֥יִם 𐤔𐤍𐤕𐤉𐤌 shenatayim two years HNcfda הָ/רָעָ֖ב 𐤄/𐤓𐤏𐤁 haraav the famine HTd/Ncmsa בְּ/קֶ֣רֶב 𐤁/𐤒𐤓𐤁 beqerev in the midst of HR/Ncmsc הָ/אָ֑רֶץ 𐤄/𐤀𐤓𐤑 haarets the land HTd/Ncbsa וְ/עוֹד֙ 𐤅/𐤏𐤅𐤃 veod and still HC/D חָמֵ֣שׁ 𐤇𐤌𐤔 chamesh five HAcfsa שָׁנִ֔ים 𐤔𐤍𐤉𐤌 shanim years HNcfpa אֲשֶׁ֥ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher in which HTr אֵין 𐤀𐤉𐤍 eyn there will be no HTn חָרִ֖ישׁ 𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤔 charish plowing HNcmsa וְ/קָצִּֽיר 𐤅/𐤒𐤑𐤉𐤓 veqatsir nor harvesting HC/Ncmsa

sent me God before you to preserve for you a remnant in the earth and to keep alive you by a great deliverance great

7 וַ/יִּשְׁלָחֵ֤/נִי 𐤅/𐤉𐤔𐤋𐤇/𐤍𐤉 vayishelacheni sent me HC/Vqw3ms/Sp1cs אֱלֹהִים֙ 𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌 elohim Mulimu (Lozi) God HNcmpa לִ/פְנֵי/כֶ֔ם 𐤋/𐤐𐤍𐤉/𐤊𐤌 lifeneykhem before you HR/Ncbpc/Sp2mp לָ/שׂ֥וּם 𐤋/𐤔𐤅𐤌 lasum to preserve HR/Vqc לָ/כֶ֛ם 𐤋/𐤊𐤌 lakhem for you HR/Sp2mp שְׁאֵרִ֖ית 𐤔𐤀𐤓𐤉𐤕 sheerit a remnant HNcfsa בָּ/אָ֑רֶץ 𐤁/𐤀𐤓𐤑 baarets in the earth HRd/Ncbsa וּ/לְ/הַחֲי֣וֹת 𐤅/𐤋/𐤄𐤇𐤉𐤅𐤕 ulehachayot and to keep alive HC/R/Vhc לָ/כֶ֔ם 𐤋/𐤊𐤌 lakhem-2 you HR/Sp2mp לִ/פְלֵיטָ֖ה 𐤋/𐤐𐤋𐤉𐤈𐤄 lifeleytah by a great deliverance HR/Ncfsa גְּדֹלָֽה 𐤂𐤃𐤋𐤄 gedolah great HAafsa

So now not you sent me here but God He has made me a father to Pharaoh and lord of all his house and ruler over all the land of Egypt

hurry and go up to my father and say to him thus says your son Joseph has made me God lord of all Egypt come down to me do not tarry

you shall dwell in the land of Goshen and you shall be near to me you and your children and children of your children and your flocks and your herds and all that you have

10 וְ/יָשַׁבְתָּ֣ 𐤅/𐤉𐤔𐤁𐤕 veyashaveta you shall dwell HC/Vqq2ms בְ/אֶֽרֶץ 𐤁/𐤀𐤓𐤑 veerets in the land HR/Ncbsc גֹּ֗שֶׁן 𐤂𐤔𐤍 goshen of Goshen HNp וְ/הָיִ֤יתָ 𐤅/𐤄𐤉𐤉𐤕 vehayita and you shall be HC/Vqq2ms קָרוֹב֙ 𐤒𐤓𐤅𐤁 qarov near HAamsa אֵלַ֔/י 𐤀𐤋/𐤉 elay to me HR/Sp1cs אַתָּ֕ה 𐤀𐤕𐤄 atah you HPp2ms וּ/בָנֶ֖י/ךָ 𐤅/𐤁𐤍𐤉/𐤊 uvaneykha Bene (Bemba) and your children HC/Ncmpc/Sp2ms וּ/בְנֵ֣י 𐤅/𐤁𐤍𐤉 uveney Bene (Bemba) and children of HC/Ncmpc בָנֶ֑י/ךָ 𐤁𐤍𐤉/𐤊 vaneykha Bene (Bemba) your children HNcmpc/Sp2ms וְ/צֹאנְ/ךָ֥ 𐤅/𐤑𐤀𐤍/𐤊 vetsonekha and your flocks HC/Ncbsc/Sp2ms וּ/בְקָרְ/ךָ֖ 𐤅/𐤁𐤒𐤓/𐤊 uveqarekha and your herds HC/Ncbsc/Sp2ms וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and all HC/Ncmsc אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher that HTr לָֽ/ךְ 𐤋/𐤊 lakhe you have HR/Sp2fs

I will provide for you there for yet five years of famine lest you come to poverty you and your household and all that you have

11 וְ/כִלְכַּלְתִּ֤י 𐤅/𐤊𐤋𐤊𐤋𐤕𐤉 vekhilekaleti I will provide for HC/Vlq1cs אֹֽתְ/ךָ֙ 𐤀𐤕/𐤊 otekha you HTo/Sp2ms שָׁ֔ם 𐤔𐤌 sham there HD כִּי 𐤊𐤉 ki for HC ע֛וֹד 𐤏𐤅𐤃 od yet HD חָמֵ֥שׁ 𐤇𐤌𐤔 chamesh five HAcfsa שָׁנִ֖ים 𐤔𐤍𐤉𐤌 shanim years HNcfpa רָעָ֑ב 𐤓𐤏𐤁 raav of famine HNcmsa פֶּן 𐤐𐤍 pen lest HC תִּוָּרֵ֛שׁ 𐤕𐤅𐤓𐤔 tivaresh you come to poverty HVNi2ms אַתָּ֥ה 𐤀𐤕𐤄 atah you HPp2ms וּ/בֵֽיתְ/ךָ֖ 𐤅/𐤁𐤉𐤕/𐤊 uveytekha and your household HC/Ncmsc/Sp2ms וְ/כָל 𐤅/𐤊𐤋 vekhal and all HC/Ncmsc אֲשֶׁר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher that HTr לָֽ/ךְ 𐤋/𐤊 lakhe you have HR/Sp2fs

And behold your eyes see and the eyes of my brother Benjamin that my mouth speaking to you

12 וְ/הִנֵּ֤ה 𐤅/𐤄𐤍𐤄 vehineh And behold HC/Tm עֵֽינֵי/כֶם֙ 𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉/𐤊𐤌 eyneykhem your eyes HNcbdc/Sp2mp רֹא֔וֹת 𐤓𐤀𐤅𐤕 root see HVqrfpa וְ/עֵינֵ֖י 𐤅/𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉 veeyney and the eyes HC/Ncbdc אָחִ֣/י 𐤀𐤇/𐤉 achi of my brother HNcmsc/Sp1cs בִנְיָמִ֑ין 𐤁𐤍𐤉𐤌𐤉𐤍 vineyamin Benjamin HNp כִּי 𐤊𐤉 ki that HC פִ֖/י 𐤐/𐤉 fi my mouth HNcmsc/Sp1cs הַֽ/מְדַבֵּ֥ר 𐤄/𐤌𐤃𐤁𐤓 hamedaber speaking HTd/Vprmsa אֲלֵי/כֶֽם 𐤀𐤋𐤉/𐤊𐤌 aleykhem to you HR/Sp2mp

you shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt and of all that you have seen you shall hurry and bring down - my father here

13 וְ/הִגַּדְתֶּ֣ם 𐤅/𐤄𐤂𐤃𐤕𐤌 vehigadetem you shall tell HC/Vhq2mp לְ/אָבִ֗/י 𐤋/𐤀𐤁/𐤉 leavi my father HR/Ncmsc/Sp1cs אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et of HTo כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal all HNcmsc כְּבוֹדִ/י֙ 𐤊𐤁𐤅𐤃/𐤉 kevodi my glory HNcbsc/Sp1cs בְּ/מִצְרַ֔יִם 𐤁/𐤌𐤑𐤓𐤉𐤌 bemitserayim in Egypt HR/Np וְ/אֵ֖ת 𐤅/𐤀𐤕 veet and of HC/To כָּל 𐤊𐤋 kal-2 all HNcmsc אֲשֶׁ֣ר 𐤀𐤔𐤓 asher that HTr רְאִיתֶ֑ם 𐤓𐤀𐤉𐤕𐤌 reitem you have seen HVqp2mp וּ/מִֽהַרְתֶּ֛ם 𐤅/𐤌𐤄𐤓𐤕𐤌 umiharetem you shall hurry HC/Vpq2mp וְ/הוֹרַדְתֶּ֥ם 𐤅/𐤄𐤅𐤓𐤃𐤕𐤌 vehoradetem and bring down HC/Vhq2mp אֶת 𐤀𐤕 et-2 - HTo אָבִ֖/י 𐤀𐤁/𐤉 avi my father HNcmsc/Sp1cs הֵֽנָּה 𐤄𐤍𐤄 henah here HD

and he fell upon neck Benjamin his brother and wept and Benjamin wept upon his neck

and he kissed all his brothers and wept upon them and after that talked his brothers with him

15 וַ/יְנַשֵּׁ֥ק 𐤅/𐤉𐤍𐤔𐤒 vayenasheq and he kissed HC/Vpw3ms לְ/כָל 𐤋/𐤊𐤋 lekhal all HR/Ncmsc אֶחָ֖י/ו 𐤀𐤇𐤉/𐤅 echayv his brothers HNcmpc/Sp3ms וַ/יֵּ֣בְךְּ 𐤅/𐤉𐤁𐤊 vayevekhe and wept HC/Vqw3ms עֲלֵי/הֶ֑ם 𐤏𐤋𐤉/𐤄𐤌 aleyhem upon them HR/Sp3mp וְ/אַ֣חֲרֵי 𐤅/𐤀𐤇𐤓𐤉 veacharey and after HC/R כֵ֔ן 𐤊𐤍 khen that HD דִּבְּר֥וּ 𐤃𐤁𐤓𐤅 diberu talked HVpp3cp אֶחָ֖י/ו 𐤀𐤇𐤉/𐤅 echayv-2 his brothers HNcmpc/Sp3ms אִתּֽ/וֹ 𐤀𐤕/𐤅 ito with him HR/Sp3ms

the news was heard in the house of Pharaoh saying have come brothers of Joseph and it was good in the eyes of Pharaoh and in the eyes of his servants
