Daniel 5

King Belshazzar hosts a feast, using vessels from the Temple of YHWH in Jerusalem, prompting a hand to write on the wall: Mene, Tekel, Peres. Daniel interprets it as YHWH numbering his kingdom's end, finding him wanting, and dividing it to the Medes and Persians; that night Belshazzar is slain and Darius the Mede takes the kingdom.[1][2]

called the king with force to bring up the enchanters Chaldeans Chaldeans and the diviners answered the king and said to wise men of Babylon that any man who reads this writing this its interpretation shows me purple he shall be clothed and chain and necklace of gold on his neck and third in the kingdom he shall rule

there is a man in your kingdom in whom spirit of gods holy in him and in days of your father illumination and insight and wisdom like wisdom of the gods was found in him and king Nebuchadnezzar your father chief of the magicians astrologers Chaldeans and soothsayers appointed him your father the king

and from sons of mankind driven away and his heart with beasts made like like and with wild donkeys his dwelling grass like oxen they fed him and from dew of heaven his body was wet until that he knew that ruler God Most High the Most High in kingdom of mankind and to whom that He appoints sets over it over it
